Welcome To The Parent Bodywork Project.
Where Parents Become Healers, and Simple Practices Create Lifelong Impact.
What is The Parent Bodywork Project?
Education for parents who want to learn simple, hands-on techniques they can use at home to support their children's well-being and developmental potential.
Through progressive lessons, demonstrations, coaching, and community support, the Parent Bodywork Project introduces parents to body-based approaches, including myofascial and craniosacral techniques, movement, and strategies for supporting nervous system regulation for the whole family.
The goal is to give parents practical skills and a deeper understanding of their child's body so they can participate more confidently in their child's health potential.
